GIRLSCHOOL: German/Italian Gigs Cancelled

Veteran British female hard rockers GIRLSCHOOL have posted the following message on their official web site:

"We are very sorry but due to circumstances beyond our control, the Germany/Italy gigs have been cancelled, hopefully to be rescheduled at a later date. Our sincere apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience caused."

Upcoming GIRLSCHOOL shows:

Dec. 09 - Paignton, UK @ Remedies
Jan. 13 - Thessaloniki, GRE @ Xylourgeio, Mylos Complex
Jan. 14 - Athens, GRE @ The Underworld Club

GIRLSCHOOL last fall finished recording new versions of the songs "Emergency" and "London". Both tracks are available as paid digital downloads. If you want to hear a sample of either cut, check out the "Downloads" page of the group's web site.

GIRLSCHOOL is continuing to tour in support of its first-ever live DVD, "Girlschool Live at the Garage", and their 2004 album, "Believe".
